Recipe - White Bean Dip
Marketing at its best - I saw a bag of quinoa tortilla chips with suggestions on the back of what would taste good with them...and one of those things was white bean dip. Hah! That made me crave it so here's a yummy recipe for delicious white bean dip! I ate it all in two days with my little brother...mainly because it was quick to make and quick to eat.
Step 1: Ingredients (serving size: 2 cups)
- garlic salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 Italian parsley, fresh & chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsps lemon juice, fresh
- 15 oz. can cannellini beans, rinsed
Step 2: Making the dip
Honestly, very simply, pulse everything together in a food processor. I had to do it in two batches because I was using a small one. PULSE IT ALL and enjoy with some delicious (and hopefully healthy) chips or vegetables.
